Coriander Mint Chutney/ Dhaniya Pudina Chutney

Nothing compliments a yummy snack better than a spicy chutney. Here is one of the chutneys that I like a lot.


  • 1 cup mint leaves ( pudina leaves)
  • 1 cup coriander leaves (dhaniya leaves)
  • 5-6 green chilies
  • 1/2 onion (cut into pieces)
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 2 tea spoons lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Place all the ingredients in a grinder and grind to fine paste. 
  • You can add 1/2 teaspoon sugar to get the 'sweet n spicy' taste.
  • Store in refrigerator in air tight container.
