Ingredients:
- 1 cup mint leaves ( pudina leaves)
- 1 cup coriander leaves (dhaniya leaves)
- 5-6 green chilies
- 1/2 onion (cut into pieces)
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 2 tea spoons lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Place all the ingredients in a grinder and grind to fine paste.
Tip:
- You can add 1/2 teaspoon sugar to get the 'sweet n spicy' taste.
- Store in refrigerator in air tight container.
